Holistic therapy is the only health modality whose content is explicitly relaxation. This, more than the remedial effect on soft tissue injury, is the key to the growth and the demand for our work.
We live on a miraculous planet. We should cultivate every single day a relaxed contemplation of and reverence for this incredible place. A healthy appreciation of that with all our capacities: body, mind and spirit, should be our most important task.
We cannot move, think or feel balanced without relaxation. This is a wisdom that I ‘communicate’ directly to the body-mind through every single session. I embody in myself the calmness that I evoke in my clients as well, and become healthier and healthier through my work. That’s wisdom for you, my dear client!
